M ROSE NAIL SALON & BEAUTY BAR APPOINTMENT TERMS & POLICIES By booking an appointment with M Rose Nail Salon & Beauty Bar, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms and conditions. 1. DEPOSITS • A $25 deposit is required to secure an appointment unless otherwise stated. • The deposit will be applied toward the balance of the scheduled service when the appointment is completed as booked. • Refunds, transfers, and forfeiture of deposits are subject to the cancellation and rescheduling policies below. 2. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING We understand that plans can change. Because appointment time is reserved specifically for each client, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. • Cancellation with at least 48 hours’ notice: The $25 deposit will be refunded. • Rescheduling with at least 48 hours’ notice: The $25 deposit will transfer to the new appointment. • Cancellation or rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice: The $25 deposit will be forfeited and is non-refundable and non-transferable. • A new $25 deposit is required to reserve another appointment following a late cancellation or rescheduling. 3. SAME-DAY CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING Appointments canceled or rescheduled on the same calendar day as the scheduled appointment are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price. • The existing $25 deposit will be forfeited and applied toward the 50% fee. Any remaining balance will be charged to the card on file. • Rescheduling does not transfer the original deposit to another date. • A rescheduled appointment is considered a new reservation and requires a new $25 deposit. We understand that unexpected situations happen. This policy is not intended to penalize our clients, but to protect appointment time that often cannot be filled again with same-day notice. Example: For a $100 scheduled service, the same-day cancellation or rescheduling fee is $50. The $25 deposit will be applied toward the fee, and the remaining $25 will be charged to the card on file. 4. NO-SHOWS Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without notice is considered a no-show. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price. No exceptions. • The existing $25 deposit will be forfeited and applied toward the total amount due. The remaining balance will be charged to the card on file. • Arriving for an appointment and choosing to leave without receiving the scheduled service will also be considered a no-show and charged 100% of the scheduled service price, except when management determines that a significant salon delay warrants an accommodation under our Appointment Timing & Delays Policy. • All outstanding appointment fees must be paid before another appointment can be reserved. 5. APPOINTMENT TIMING & DELAYS We value your time and make every effort to begin and complete appointments as scheduled. Your appointment reserves your place on our schedule; however, appointment times are estimates, and occasional delays may occur. Because every client and service is unique, unforeseen circumstances may sometimes require additional time. While we do our best to stay on schedule, some circumstances are beyond our control. We promise to provide the same attention, care, and quality to your service regardless of delays. We will not rush a client’s service simply to make up time, and we will extend that same level of care to you when it is your turn. • When a delay occurs, we will make every reasonable effort to keep you informed and begin your service as soon as possible. • A reasonable service delay does not cancel or waive your scheduled appointment. • Arriving for your appointment and choosing to leave because of a reasonable delay does not automatically release the appointment from our cancellation policies. • If an unexpected or significant salon delay makes it unreasonable for you to continue waiting, management will work with you directly to determine an appropriate accommodation or rescheduling option. We appreciate your patience and understanding when unforeseen circumstances affect our schedule. 6. REBALANCE POLICY Rebalance pricing applies only to appointments scheduled within 4 weeks of the previous service. Anything beyond 4 weeks is no longer considered a rebalance and must be booked as a new/full application at the current full-service price. Growth beyond the maintenance period requires additional time and work to properly restore the enhancement. This policy applies to all M Rose rebalance services, including acrylic, hard gel, structure gel, and other applicable enhancement services. 7. WAITLIST APPOINTMENTS Waitlist appointments are standby, time-limited openings based on the service originally requested. Changes to the requested service upon arrival may require modification of the service, additional wait time, or rescheduling to prevent delays to previously scheduled appointments. 8. GROUP APPOINTMENTS • When booking for two guests, each guest must be scheduled separately with the appropriate service provider. • Groups of three or more should contact the salon directly so we can coordinate service providers and appointment times appropriately. 9. SERVICE & RETAIL SALES Due to the nature of our services and hygienic standards, completed services and purchased products are final sale. 10. PRODUCT SENSITIVITIES At M Rose Nail Salon & Beauty Bar, we use professional-quality products selected for our services and client experience. Some services may include gel, acrylic, adhesives, or other professional nail and beauty products. If you have a known allergy or sensitivity to nail, hair, skin, or beauty products, please inform your service provider before your service begins so we can take your concerns into consideration. Because individual sensitivities can vary, clients with known product allergies or sensitivities are encouraged to discuss them with their service provider prior to receiving a service. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. SPECIALTY HAIRCUTS Long Layered Haircut — Starting at $75 Customized layering designed to create movement, shape, and dimension while maintaining length. Butterfly Haircut — Starting at $80 Detailed cascading layers and face-framing designed to create volume, movement, and a soft, flowing shape. Shag / Wolf Cut — Starting at $80 Customized layering with detailed texture, movement, and graduated shaping. Precision Bob / Lob — Starting at $75 Precision cutting and shaping to create a clean, structured bob or longer bob silhouette. Transformation Haircut — Starting at $95 For significant changes in length, shape, layering, or overall style requiring additional cutting, detailing, or styling time. HAIRCUT PRICING POLICY All haircut prices listed are starting prices. Children’s Haircut pricing applies only to children 8 years old and under. Guests 9 years old and older are charged Women’s Haircut or Specialty Haircut pricing. Final pricing is determined by the length, thickness, density, complexity, and time required to complete the service. Additional charges may apply for extra-long hair, exceptionally thick or dense hair, extensive layering, specialty techniques, or services requiring additional time.
