By booking an appointment with M Rose Nails & Beauty Bar, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Deposits & Cancellations • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. • Your deposit will be applied toward your scheduled service. • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or failure to attend your appointment (no-show), will result in forfeiture of your deposit. • Due to the nature of our services and hygienic standards, all sales are final once a service has been rendered or a product has been purchased. 2. Rescheduling • If you need to reschedule, you may do so at least 48 hours in advance using the booking link provided. Your deposit will automatically transfer to your new appointment. • Rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in your deposit being forfeited. 3. Group Appointments • When booking for two guests, please ensure that each guest is scheduled separately with their own service provider to avoid unnecessary wait times. • For groups of three or more, please contact the salon directly so we can properly coordinate and accommodate your party. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these policies. They ensure fairness to both our clients and service providers while allowing us to deliver the highest quality experience possible.
