Booking & Appointment Policy • Hair Prep: Hair must be fully washed and blown out before your appointment. If not, a $20 fee will be added to your remaining balance. • Hair Included: Hair is included in all styles except those requiring track hair. • Payment: • Remaining balances must be paid in cash only. • Deposits are made via Cash App. • If you choose to pay your remaining balance via Cash App or Apple Pay, an additional $5 transaction fee will be added. • Late Policy: • Please arrive on time. There is a 15-minute grace period. • After 15 minutes, a $20 late fee will apply. • After 25 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled, and the slot will be reopened. Your deposit will be forfeited. • Please be mindful that I work on a tight schedule and have other clients to accommodate. • Location: The address will be sent one day before your appointment, as I work from home. • Deposits: A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your spot is not confirmed until the deposit is received. • Deposits are non-refundable unless the cancellation is on my end.
