Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time. A deposit is required for all services at the time of booking. Deposits will be fully refunded if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within the 48-hour notice period. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance, will result in forfeiture of the deposit. No calls/no shows will be charged 50% of the service. No guests allowed. When you arrive for your appointment, please wait in the waiting area and I will come out and grab you. Avoid caffeine before your appointment.
