Booking Policy: Bookings are subject to approval and are not confirmed until accepted by Luxy. I require a $10.00 deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before the appointment; cancellations made after this window are subject to the applicable deposit or fee policy. Deposits are non-refundable regardless of when the cancellation occurs. A reasonable grace period may be offered where possible, but late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at the business’s discretion. Payment is due at the time of service and accepted payment methods may vary. Applicable platform fees may apply. Clients must provide and disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment. Clients should arrive alone unless prior arrangements have been made with the business. No refunds are issued once a service has been completed. The business’s liability is limited to the value of the service provided to the extent permitted by applicable law, and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Personal and booking information is collected solely to provide the service and is not shared with third parties except as required to process payments or by law. Appointment Confirmation Policy: To ensure availability for all clients, appointments must be confirmed via text or call, within the requested confirmation window. If confirmation is not received in time, the appointment may be canceled and offered to another client on the waitlist. Clients who arrive after a canceled appointment due to non-confirmation will need to rebook based on current availability. Repeated no confirmations may require a deposit for future bookings. We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee based on the total cost of the scheduled service. This fee will be charged to the card on file or must be paid before booking any future appointments.
