Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time and get their deposit returned. No show or canceled appointments the day of will not have deposit returned. Keep in mind this is a home service so I will not be able to accommodate multiple people at the appointment. One person may accompany the client and if a minor please do not leave children unattended during appointment.
