Little shadow dog grooming may cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment if needed and will notify you as soon as reasonably possible. 🐾 Cancellation Policy Update 🐾 Due to an increasing number of appointments being cancelled or rescheduled at short notice, I’ve had to make some updates to my cancellation policy. From 1st September 2026, the following cancellation fees will apply: 🐾 48–72 hours’ notice: 50% of the groom fee 🐾 Less than 48 hours’ notice: 100% of the groom fee 🐾 No-shows: 100% of the groom fee Please note that this policy applies to both cancellations and rescheduled appointments. If an appointment is rescheduled to a date more than 7 days after the original booking date, this will be treated as a cancellation of the original appointment, and the applicable cancellation fee will apply. I completely understand that sometimes plans change and unexpected circumstances happen. However, last-minute cancellations and changes make it difficult for me to offer the appointment to another client, so I really appreciate your understanding and support. ❤️ Thank you for respecting my time and helping me keep appointments running smoothly. 🐶🐾
