Travel Fee Policy

At LeeLee’s Cleaning and Organizing Services, we strive to provide reliable and high-quality cleaning while keeping our pricing fair and transparent. To ensure our team can reach all clients safely and on time, we include a travel cost with our services.

Why We Charge a Travel Fee

Travel fees help cover:

Fuel costs for driving to your location.

Travel time for our staff, which ensures we can allocate enough time for your cleaning without rushing.

Vehicle wear and tear for longer distances, allowing us to maintain dependable service.


This small fee allows us to continue providing excellent service to clients in a wider area without significantly increasing cleaning rates.

🧾 Processing Fee Policy

LeeLee’s Cleaning and Organizing Services
Effective: September 2025

LeeLee’s Cleaning and Organizing Services accepts multiple forms of payment for your convenience. Please note that certain processing fees may apply depending on your chosen method.


💳 Digital Payment Methods (PayPal, Cash App, Venmo,  etc.)

A 3% processing fee will be applied to the invoice total when using any of the following platforms:

PayPal

Cash App

Venmo



Other third-party digital payment apps


Why? Most digital platforms charge between 2.6%–3.0% per transaction. This 3% fee ensures our service rates remain stable while covering third-party costs.


🧾 Personal or Business Checks

A flat $2.00 check fee applies to all check payments.
Why? This helps offset bank check processing and deposit handling costs.

💵 No-Fee Payment Options

There is no additional fee when paying by:

Cash

Pre-approved direct payments (Zelle) (as arranged with Lesley)


📌 Policy Notes

Processing fees will either be added to your quote upfront or listed as a separate line on your invoice for transparency.

Clients wishing to avoid fees are encouraged to pay by cash.

📌 Scheduling & Cancellation Policy

1. Scheduling Guidelines

All appointments should be scheduled in advance to ensure availability.

When booking, please choose a day without personal or business conflicts to avoid last-minute changes.

Services may be completed by Lesley or Cassie, both working under the same quality standards.

2. Arrival Window

We provide an arrival time frame of 1 hour to account for traffic, weather, or unforeseen delays.

You will be notified if we expect a significant delay.

3. Appointment Changes

Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 3 times in a row without penalty.

After 3 consecutive changes, a $25 rescheduling fee will apply to secure your spot.

4. Cancellation Notice

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Late Cancellation Fee: If notice is given less than 24 hours before the appointment, a $35 fee will be charged.

5. Lock-Out / Missed Appointment Policy

If we arrive and cannot access your property, we will wait up to 20 minutes and attempt to contact you.

If access is not granted within this time, the appointment will be marked as a lock-out, and a $50 fee will apply.

6. Important Notes

All fees must be paid before the next scheduled appointment.

Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in service termination.
