Cancellation Policy: Please provide at least 6 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Appointments canceled with less than 6 hours notice or no shows may incur a 50% cancellation fee. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rebooked to stay on schedule. Full-service pricing still applies. Guests & Children: To maintain a relaxing environment, I kindly ask that only clients receiving services attend appointments. Refunds: Services are non-refundable. If you have any concerns after your appointment, please reach out within 48 hours so I can help. At this time, new male clients are accepted by referral from an existing client only.
