Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. If you're a née client, Please book a patch test prior to your appointment. There will be a 50% cancellation fee on any bookings cancled within the 24 hours. No- show appointments will need to pay the full cost of the treatment before rebooking.
