Clinic Access Times: Our main entrance is the sliding glass door directly opposite Cattedown Pharmacy, leading into our reception area. Reception doors are open 8:30am–5:00pm, Monday – Friday. PLEASE NOTE: For appointments after 5:00pm or on weekends, the building is locked however your clinician will meet you at the entrance to let you in at the time of your appointment. If you arrive early, and have come by car, we recommend waiting in your car until your appointment time if weather conditions aren’t ideal. Booking Terms: A deposit is required to secure your booking and will be automatically deducted from the total cost of your appointment on the day. If you need to reschedule, your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment time. We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours will incur a 50% fee of the total session cost. Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours, or failure to attend your appointment, will incur a 100% fee. All patients must be medically fit to receive treatment. Patients under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
