“Had my ears re-pierced after them being closed for over 12 years and the whole experience was brilliant. Lou was so reassuring throughout, explaining exactly what was happening and talking me through the healing and aftercare process clearly. The appointment was super quick without ever feeling rushed. You can tell Lou is incredibly skilled and knowledgeable at what she does. Freddy was also great, really welcoming from the moment we arrived and helping show us around the jewellery options.”

“Brilliant experince! As soon as I walked in it smelt lovely and clean which reassured me. I told them about my allergy and was assured the appropriate products would be used to prevent a reaction. I wanted to change the position of my piercing and wasn't made to feel like it was a problem. Would highly recommend and will be returning in the future! ”
