I DO NOW require a deposit for appointments; DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO SECURE YOUR APPOINTMENT. Non-Refundable. If you need to schedule an appointment less than 24hrs it will be a $15 squeeze in fee. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, I may need to shorten or reschedule your service to ensure that I remain on schedule for subsequent clients. Please note that if you are late, the full service fee will still apply. No-shows or cancellations under 24 hours may require a deposit or you could be banned from booking future services. Your health and safety, as well as mine, are a top priority. Please inform me ahead of time if you have any skin conditions, allergies, fungal infections, or other health concerns that may affect your nails or the service you receive. This will help ensure a safe and comfortable experience for both of us. I adhere to strict sanitation practices, and all tools and equipment are properly sanitized or sterilized between clients to prevent the spread of bacteria and infections. Disposable items such as nail files, buffers, and gloves are used whenever possible for each client to ensure hygiene. I am committed to providing you with a clean, safe, and professional environment for all services. Please note that I will only be responsible for any issues such as polish chipping, lifting, or irritation within 5 days of your appointment. After that time, any cracks or damage to the nails will be the client’s responsibility. As a nail tech I take a lot of pride in providing beautiful, clean & long lasting work. to do so, I need each clients full cooperation when it comes to being on time, sitting still & being ready.
