Appointment Policy – Jeanine’s Place By booking an appointment with Jeanine’s Place, you agree to the following policies. These are in place to ensure that every client receives the best service and experience possible. ⸻ Communication & Confirmation • You will receive a confirmation text the day before your appointment. Please respond promptly to confirm or reschedule. • Failure to confirm may result in your appointment being cancelled. • If you are running late or cannot make your appointment, please call or text Lia at (609) 665-2003 as soon as possible. ⸻ Booking Guidelines • Book all services you need. For example, if you’re scheduling a blowout and also need a trim, both must be booked separately. Notes left in the booking system for extra services cannot be guaranteed if time does not allow. • Add-ons must be paired with a primary service. Appointments booked with only an add-on will not be accepted. • Deposits are required and non-refundable. ⸻ Payment & Cancellations • Payment is due at the time of service. • All sales are final—no refunds will be issued. • I work by appointment only. For same-day appointments, please inquire about availability. ⸻ Pricing & Late Arrivals • Pricing reflects the time, skill, and professional products used. Prices are firm and non-negotiable. Thank you for valuing the work that goes into your service. • Please arrive on time so you can enjoy your full experience. • If you’re more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, your appointment will be cancelled and a deposit will be required to rebook. • If I am still able to accommodate you after 15 minutes, a late fee may apply. ⸻ Thank You Your time is valuable, and so is mine.
