Appointment Policies Deposits A $15 deposit is required to reserve your appointment. All deposits are applied toward your final total. Arrival Please arrive 5 minutes early to ensure a smooth start. A 10-minute grace period is extended. After that, services may be adjusted or rescheduled. Arrivals 15+ minutes late will be considered a no-show. Cancellations Kindly provide 24 hours’ notice to reschedule and retain your deposit. Late cancellations and no-shows will result in a forfeited deposit. After-Hours Appointments Available upon request for services $40+. A 25% convenience fee applies. Availability is limited and subject to approval. Please reach out to me to schedule those bookings.
