At Ink & Glow Studio, we prioritize your satisfaction and strive to provide exceptional service. •Appointments valued at $150 or more include a complimentary aftercare kit. •Services priced under $150 do not include an aftercare kit; however, kits are available for purchase. •All Permanent Makeup (PMU) services include an aftercare kit. •At your free touch-up appointment, aftercare refills are available if needed. By booking an appointment, you agree to our policies regarding cancellations and rescheduling. Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time to retain their deposits. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit, which is non-refundable. At Ink & Glow with every appointment to ensure you love your forever piece we offer a free touch up with every appointment, if that is not scheduled with in 6 months of your appointment there will be a touch up fee. We reserve the right to modify our policies at any time, and we encourage you to review them regularly. By confirming your appointment, you acknowledge and accept these terms. Ink & Glow Studio is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from changes to scheduled appointments. Thank you for your understanding.
