Clients have the option to cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time. However, if a client fails to attend or cancels within the 24-hour window, a fee of 50% of the appointment cost will be applied. Thank you for your understanding.

Excellent and friendly nail technician. Imogen produces nails of a high standard and is a good communicator. She works in a relaxed and quiet environment which is very pleasant.

Imagine Nails and Beauty operates a clean and organised business headed by a professional and friendly lady.  Imogen is the best nail technician I’ve ever had who CARES and takes the time to make sure you’re getting what you came for. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

I’ve been to Imogen several times now and always look forward to my appointments. She is amazing at what she does and my nails have never looked better, I am so happy with them! She always gets them exactly as I want and the atmosphere is very chilled and we always have a good giggle!  I’m so glad she was recommended to me. Imogen is highly professional and never fails to perfect my nails. Imogen is friendly, easygoing and I’ve built a solid friendship off the back of our professional relationship. I always enjoy our appointments and having a little catch up! Imogen is particularly skilled when it comes to nail designs aswell as making my brows look fabulous. I could not recommend her enough. 

I’ve been coming to Imogen for nails for 18 months now and have always been so happy with the work of art that she creates every time! Today I had a childcare issue and had to take my 5 and 2 year old with me and she was so accommodating, even gave their nails a little treat too 💅🏼 they haven’t taken their eyes off their nails since 😍 Imogen is the loveliest nail technician I could ever have wished for, I will never go anywhere else!! Immy has been my nail tech for quite a few months now. She never fails to produce stunning nail designs, even when it’s her first time at a design. I also have my lashes tinted and brows tinted and waxed too. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Definitely recommend 💯 🥰
