Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty. Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 48 hours before the appointment will incur a fee equal to 50% of the agreed cleaning fee. Payment is due upon completion of services. The Company is not responsible for any damage. By booking, clients acknowledge and accept these terms and policies.
