This was the first sports massage I've ever had, so a bit nervous of what to expect. There was absolutely no need to have been! Des is professional, extremely knowledgeable and identified my issue instantly and then worked hard to resolve it. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

This is the first time  I've been to see Des . I. Was in pain  before I  saw him within half an hour he sorted me out. All the  pain has gone, and i can now move  freely again.  Can't believe it just brilliant would  highly recommend him. 

Des was friendly and I straight away felt relaxed. The massage although painful has made me feel so much better already giving me movement back in my neck and shoulders.  Thank you so much!  Would definitely recommend
