Booking Requirements
	•	When booking, please WhatsApp a photo of your child’s hair so Miss Tae can see the length and texture.
	•	A $20 deposit is REQUIRED to secure your appointment. ❗️ 
     •	Please have your child’s hair sectioned into 4 large braids to help keep it stretched and manageable.
	•	Absolutely no puffs — this causes the hair to revert back to its natural state and makes the braiding process longer. 

⚠️ Important Hair Policy ⚠️
	•	We do not provide services for children with damaged edges or relaxed hair.
	•	This ensures your child’s hair remains healthy and the braiding process is safe and effective. 💕

📌 Deposit Policy

	•	A Non-Refundable deposit is required to secure your child’s appointment.
	•	Payments can be made via:
	•	Island Luck: 257800
	•	First Caribbean: DM for details.
	•	Deposit must be made within 24 hours of booking.
	•	Appointments not secured with a deposit within 24 hours will be cancelled and made available for another client.
	•	Deposits will be applied to your remaining balance on the day of service.
	•	If you cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours before your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.
	•	One reschedule is allowed with 48+ hours’ notice — deposit will transfer to the new date. A new deposit will be required to book again.
	•	No-shows or late arrivals (20 minutes) will result in loss of deposit and may require full prepayment for future bookings.

*  All deposits must be paid prior to receiving any confirmation of your appointment. 

💕 Kids’ Braiding Hair Prep 💕

To make sure your little one’s appointment goes smoothly, please follow these steps:
	1.	Clean Hair Only – Please wash your child’s hair the night before or the morning of. No heavy oils, gels, or dirt in the hair.
	2.	Blow Out – Hair must be blown out straight and dry before coming (unless told otherwise).
	3.	Tangle-Free – Please comb through and detangle before the appointment. If extra detangling is needed, an additional fee will apply.
	4.	Comfort – If your child is very tender-headed, please let me know ahead of time so I can plan for breaks and extra care.
	5.	On Time – Please arrive on time. Being more than 15 minutes late may result in a canceled or rescheduled appointment.

👧🏽 We braid kids ages 5–11 only. Please note:

✨ Friendly Reminder for Kids’ Appointments ✨
	•	Children under 5 years old are considered an additional service.
	•	We kindly ask that you avoid booking for babies or toddlers who may cry during the service, as it can cause delays for the next client.
	•	Please keep in mind: Knotless braids are not recommended for children under 5. If this style is booked, the deposit will be non-refundable.



PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING
	•	We kindly ask that you do not schedule an appointment on the same day as an important event your child may have. Braiding takes time and will not be rushed.
	•	Drop-off Policy: To ensure a smooth experience for all children, services are drop-off only. Parents/guardians will not be able to sit in during the appointment.
	•	Please make sure your child is comfortable sitting through the service independently.

Please note that Knotless braids or any styles with singles are NOT available for after-hours bookings.

When booking, please take a moment to be sure of the style you’d like for your child. The style reserved is the style that will be completed. 💕
The only exception is if the requested style requires less time than the one originally booked.

	•	Booking a quick and simple style to make the experience easier.
	•	Or consider booking on a Sunday or Monday, when there’s more flexibility and time for a relaxed session.

Squeeze-In Appointments
	•	Any appointment not booked through the app or outside regular working hours is considered a squeeze-in.
	•	Squeeze-In Fee: $100

Early Morning / After School / Late Night Appointments
