Política y términos

Cancellations must be received 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellation after will result in a forfeiture of your deposit. Clients that no show will be charged a $35 fee. Clients more than 15 minutes late will be rescheduled and charged a $35 fee.

Sanitary Trim

Add to a bath: Sanitary Trim- cleanup around the butt and private area, under the eyes and pads of the paws. Visor trimming if needed.

Add to a bath- belly trim, paw trim/shaping with front and hindquarter feathers trimmed

Flea removal

ANY dog with fleas will need a flea bath.

Matted dog/Restart

A restart “add on” is for dogs that have gone long periods in between their last grooming. If your dog knotted and has matting please add this to your grooming.

Special Handling/Elderly/Anxious

Sadly, some dogs struggle harder than others during the grooming service. If a second person is required to assist for more than just a small portion of the groom, or if we must use a lot of caution while grooming, we do charge a special handling fee
