•LATENESS If it's 15 minutes or more I will need to cancel your appointment and you will be charged 100% of the booked service. Being so late impacts the flow of the day to such a point it inconveniences all appointments after yours. Please be mindful of their time and mine. •CANCELLATION/NO SHOW Appointments cancelled/rescheduled/no show less than 24 hours prior will carry a cancellation fee of 100% of the cost of the service booked. I try my best to take into consideration unforeseen circumstances. No alternative bookings will be made if outstanding penalty's not paid in full.
