**Cancellation Policy** At GLO Artistry, we understand that life can be unpredictable and sometimes plans change. To ensure we can accommodate all of our clients and continue to provide high-quality services, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following cancellation policy: - **Cancellation Notice**: We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to offer the time to other clients who may be on our waiting list. - **Late Cancellations/No Shows**: If a cancellation is made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, or in the case of a no-show, a **50% fee** of the total service cost will be charged. - **Wedding/Bridal Parties**: For wedding bookings, we require at least **7 days’ notice** for cancellations. A non-refundable deposit of $90 is required to reserve your date. If the booking is canceled within 7 days of the event, the full amount will be charged. - **Rescheduling**: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
