By booking with GlambyGenna, you agree to these Policies & Terms. A deposit of $30 dollars for new clients to secure any service appointment. This will be done through Venmo, zelle or cashapp. This will be taken off the balance at the time of the service. With a 24 hour cancelation notice it will be returned back. In the event of a last minute cancelation (less than 24 hours) the deposit will be forfeited In the event of a no call/no show (new or exisiting clients) If wanting to proceed with a new appointment the amount of the service previously booked will be applied as a deposit to secure that appointment spot, plus the amount for the newly booked service at the conclusion of the service.
