Gentle Glow Salon & Spa

To provide the best experience for all guests, please review and respect the following policies:

• Credit card on file: A valid credit card is required to be held on file when booking online. This is required to uphold cancellation policies and protect against last-minute cancellations and no-shows.

• Cancellations & appointment changes: Cancellations or appointment changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost.

• Same-day cancellations: Cancellations made within a few hours of the scheduled appointment time are considered a no-show and will be charged 100% of the original appointment cost. At that point, the reserved time can no longer reasonably be filled, and the full service fee will be due before any future appointments can be booked.

Why 48 hours?
Two full days provide enough time to contact clients on the waitlist or refill your appointment space, helping the schedule run smoothly. Shorter notice periods, such as 24 hours, rarely allow enough time for another client to arrange and attend an appointment.

• No-shows: No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.

• Late arrivals: Arriving more than 5 minutes late for appointments under 30 minutes, or more than 15 minutes late for longer services, may be considered a no-show. The appointment will be cancelled, charged as a no-show, and future appointments will not be booked until payment has been received.

• Early arrivals: Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes early for your appointment. Doors remain locked between clients, and appointments are specifically scheduled to avoid overlap in guest arrivals.

• Additional guests: Appointments are reserved for the client receiving the service, and my space does not accommodate additional guests. This includes parents, partners, siblings, friends, and children. If you require or would like someone to accompany you, please contact me prior to your appointment to discuss the request. Exceptions may be considered on an individual basis; however, approval is not guaranteed. Please do not arrive with an unapproved guest, as I may be unable to proceed with the appointment.

• Rescheduling & payment transfers: If an appointment is cancelled and a new appointment is booked separately for an earlier date or time, any previous payments or credits will not automatically transfer. Existing appointments must be officially rescheduled through the booking system for transfers to apply.

• Outstanding balances: All outstanding balances and cancellation fees must be paid before booking future appointments. Accounts with unpaid balances will be blocked from scheduling until payment has been received.

• Referral policy: If a referred client fails to attend their appointment, they will be blocked from future bookings until payment has been received. The client who referred them will also be unable to book until the balance has been resolved. If you wish to continue booking while the missed appointment remains unpaid, you will be responsible for covering the outstanding balance.

I understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can happen. However, missed appointments still result in lost time that cannot typically be refilled on short notice. Thank you for respecting my time, policies, and the small business I work hard to maintain for every client.

So happy to have found JJ in Regina for my lashes and brows. She is so kinda, patient and does great work! Thank you!

If you want quality services and a great time you need to visit Gentle Glow! She is absolutely amazing at what she does from lashes, to facials, waxing and much more!! 10000% would recommend!

My first time going was such a wonderful experience! It was so fun and relaxing. I was so pleased with the results of the lash lift and would love to try other services offered. I will definitely be returning!

Very friendly and knowledgeable, will definitely go back.

Amazing experience, I am in love with my lashes!

AMAZING!!!!!
Thanks for always making me feel good 😊

I keep going back to Gentle Glow because I always have such a good experience. The vibe is super relaxing, the Jaya is really friendly, and I always leave feeling refreshed and taken care of. Definitely one of my favourite places to treat myself — highly recommend!

So friendly, professional, and great quality service!

Such a wonderful person! Does a great job and always makes it a comfortable environment:)

My experience was lovely as always! Jaya does an amazing job and is very knowledgeable about her job and is open to any questions you may have! She is always so friendly I love going to her ☺️❤️

Best wax ever!!! Completed super fast and results were amazing. Not to mention the amazing service and comfy atmosphere:)

JJ is amazing! Highly recommend her for waxing.

Had a full leg and brazillian with the hard wax. The service provider was super thorough, comfortable, efficient and overall a great experience. My feedback would be as follows: (1) finding the location was difficult in the dark. The house numbers are in black with no lights. The directions of a wooden fence were a bit confusing because the wooden fence isn't visible from the street, but the house next door has a wooden fence (almost went to the wrong place and walked into someone else's yard

Very welcoming, friendly. She was fast appreciated that she checks to see who you are doing. Without hesitation would recommend her.

Amazing!!!
Thx u for the superb leg wax
Always exceptional

She’s amazing! Super friendly and chatty, which makes the whole waxing experience way less awkward. Her space is so cute and relaxing, and I always feel totally comfortable.❤️

I love getting my facials from Jaya, always checks if anything has changed with my skin, the atmosphere is always relaxing, all around just a positive experience every time.

This is truly one of the best places you could go! JJ offers a wide range of services and is incredibly knowledgeable in each one. She takes the time to educate you on how and why she’s doing things; something not many service providers take the time to do, which shows just how much she really knows her stuff. The waxing services are quick, yet never feel rushed. It’s so nice to have an affordable place that still delivers a luxurious experience. I couldn’t recommend Gentle Glow enough!

Fantastic service and experience! Very comfortable and inviting - was a perfect pick me up. Thanks so much!

JJ's space is amazing to be at! She's so kind and guides you through each step. I felt so comfortable and would recommend to anyone!

I’ve always received great care here! The vibes, the calmness, and the extra details in the space, make it a welcoming and safe space. Thanks again! ❤️

Had a wonderful Hannah's Halo facial! It was relaxing and rejuvenating! Jaya is amazing! I will return to her salon!

JJ is hands down the best waxer I’ve ever seen. She creates a space that’s both comfortable and efficient. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and takes time to educate you about the service, so you always feel confident. Her wall of certifications speaks for itself — she takes real pride in her craft and constantly updates her skills. Appointments are quick but never rushed. She always makes sure you feel safe, supported, and never pressured!

I had a wonderful experience at Gentle Glow Salon & Spa where I had the Strip Sugar full face & Birthday facial. The waxing was done gently and with great care — my skin felt so smooth afterwards. The birthday facial was the highlight: relaxing, hydrating, and left my skin glowing. J.J. was professional, kind, and attentive to my comfort throughout. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend their services!

First time to Gentle Glow and truly enjoyed how relaxing and calm I was made to feel. I felt pampered and loved the experience.

Amazing birthday facial. Jaya is very professional and explains each step of the process. Would highly recommend.

JJ is the kindest, most caring individual. She takes the time to make sure that you are comfortable and is always learning and growing to better serve her clients!

Great experience! I always leave her studio feeling so relaxed. Great conversation with a fellow esthetician. Thank you JJ for always letting me relax 🥰 🫶
