GREM offers 1:1 boxing, movement and strength coaching focused on building fitness, confidence and consistency through personalised training sessions tailored to your goals and experience level. My approach combines physical training with mindset, discipline and intentional movement to help people feel stronger mentally and physically. Whether you’re starting your fitness journey, returning to the ring, or simply wanting to move and feel better in everyday life, GREM is designed to meet you where you’re at and help you build momentum moving forward. GREM is built around turning the mental and physical barriers that hold us back into motivation for growth, movement and change. GREMs are part of the reason I train- and part of the reason I coach. By booking with GREM, you agree to the following Policies & Terms. Appointments may occasionally need to be rescheduled or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered an alternative booking time. Please arrive on time for your session. Late arrivals may reduce training time or require rescheduling depending on availability. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide as much notice as possible. Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment, as well as no-shows, will result in forfeiting the session/payment. Payments are required prior to or at the time of the session unless otherwise agreed upon. Session packs are non-refundable and must be used within an agreed timeframe. All training sessions are undertaken at your own risk. Clients are responsible for informing GREM of any injuries, medical conditions or physical limitations prior to training. GREM is committed to creating a supportive, respectful and positive training environment for all clients.
