Deposits are non-refundable. However under certain circumstances I will allow your deposit to be carried over to another appointment one time when rescheduling within 48 hours notice. If deemed under certain circumstances your deposit will be automatically transferred to your rescheduled booking. If you fail to no show/cancel the second appointment you will loose your deposit and will need to pay another deposit. No shows & last minute cancellation will be charged the full payment of the treatment missed. Cancellations need to be made 48 hours prior to your appointment time. All deposits are Non-refundable so please make sure you are able to make the appointment you make. Thank you, G
