Fursace 

A booking fee of 45% of the groom's original price is required to confirm your appointment. Please note that until this deposit is received, your slot remains available to others!
Timeliness is important, so please arrive on time for your appointments. If you are 5 minutes late, a charge of £5 will apply for every additional 5 minutes. If you arrive 15 minutes late or more, your appointment will be canceled, and you will still be charged the full price for the groom.
If you decide not to attend your appointment, it will be considered a no-show, and you will also incur the full charge.

You are required to provide at least 72 hours' notice if you decide to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to give this notice will result in your deposit being non-refundable, and a new deposit will be needed for your next appointment. If you choose to cancel or reschedule on the day of your appointment, the full amount for the grooming service will be required.
Additionally, please ensure that all dogs have gone to the toilet before entering the salon.

Matted dogs will incur a dematting fee ranging from £10 to £25, depending on the severity of the matting, which will be discussed during your appointment. If the matting is too severe to salvage, the dogs will be shaved as short as necessary to relieve them of the mats for their well-being.
In cases where your pet's coat requires clipping to address matting or neglect, Fursace cannot be held responsible for any post-grooming effects resulting from this procedure, as it does carry certain risks.

Any humane de-matting will be conducted solely at my discretion, in compliance with The Animal Welfare Act 2006 (clause 5 - Animals must be protected from pain, injury, and suffering). Please be aware that de-matting during a routine grooming session is limited to a maximum of 15 minutes and can only occur if the matting is minimal.
In cases of severely matted coats where de-matting is not feasible, the only humane solution will be to completely clip off the coat. If de-matting takes up the entire appointment, a separate appointment may be necessary to finalize the grooming (tidying up).

We cannot accept responsibility for any pre-existing or new skin conditions that may develop as a result of being clipped short. Additionally, we will not be liable for any minor nicks or cuts that may occur while removing tightly matted coats. We also disclaim responsibility for any hematomas that may arise from the removal of heavy ear matting. It is important to note that ears may bleed at the tips when tight ear matting is removed, due to the pressure being released within the ear.
If fleas are discovered during the appointment, a fee of £15 will be charged to cover the cost of the necessary products to de-flea the salon.
