Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the appointment start time. A €20 deposit is required to secure your booking and will be deducted from the final cost of your groom. Cancellations or rescheduling with more than 24 hours’ notice will receive a refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, or failure to attend, will result in the deposit being forfeited. Grooming prices are starting prices and may vary depending on coat condition, size, behaviour and the time required to complete the groom.
