Booking Deposit Policy We kindly request that clients reschedule appointments at least 3 days prior to their scheduled time. Please note deposit information is provided at the time of booking. To reschedule/cancel, you can do so via your online booking client account. Unfortunately, if an appointment is rescheduled or canceled within 3 days of the appointment date, the deposit paid will not be refundable. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Your deposit will be used to cover preparation costs and lost appointment opportunities. This policy helps us manage our schedule efficiently, accommodate other clients and continue providing the best service possible. Running late & No Shows Please call or message if you are running late. If more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you due to a full schedule. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. A no-show is when a client misses an appointment without cancelling. In either case, the client will be charged the cancellation fee that was agreed to at the time of booking. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
