Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 2 hours before start time. Failure to show up for an appointment without prior notice within the grace period noted above, a $10 no show fee will be added to your next appointment booking. However, if you reschedule  or cancel your appointment using the link provided on or before the 2hr grace period, no fee will be charged as that should give us ample time to fill the slot.
