📌 Cancellations and Rescheduling • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to retain the right to reschedule using the same deposit. • If you reschedule your appointment within the allowed timeframe (minimum 24 hours in advance) using the provided rescheduling link, your deposit will be automatically transferred to the new booking. 📌 Late Arrival Policy • A grace period of 10 minutes from the scheduled appointment time is allowed. • After this time, the appointment will be automatically canceled and considered a No Show, with no refund available. 📌 Before confirming your appointment, verify the costs and duration of the service to be performed. 📌 Extending your natural nail in any system has an additional cost. 📌 If you have a product (Polish Gel ,acrylic, builder gel, or an artificial system over your natural nail) applied from another establishment or simply want to remove it completely, you must add the product removal service when making your reservation. 📌Service Policy & Conditions – Pedicure Before performing the Aesthetic Pedicure |Not for fungus, the client confirms that they do not have any lesions, infections, active fungus, open wounds, or any medical condition that could result in complications or emergencies during the service. The client acknowledges that the staff is not responsible for medical consequences arising from undeclared pre-existing conditions. We reserve the right to refuse admission . ESPAÑOL : 📌Cancelaciones y Reprogramaciones • Las cancelaciones deben realizarse con al menos 48 horas de anticipación para conservar el derecho a reprogramar utilizando el mismo depósito. • Si reprogramas tu cita dentro del plazo permitido (mínimo 48 horas de anticipación) y usas el enlace de reprogramación proporcionado, tu depósito se transferirá automáticamente a la nueva reserva. 📌 Tolerancia por retraso • Se concede un margen de 10 minutos desde la hora programada. • Pasado ese tiempo, la cita será cancelada automáticamente y se considerará como No Show, sin derecho a reembolso. 📌 Antes de confirmar tu cita válida costos y duración del servicio a realizar. 📌 Alargar tu uña natural en cualquier sistema tiene costo adicional. 📌 Si tienes producto (Polish gel - Acrílico-builder gel o un sistema artificial sobre tu uña natural ) aplicado de otro establecimiento o simplemente quieres retirar por completo; al momento de reservar debes agregar el servicio de retiro de producto. 📌Política y Condiciones del Servicio de pedicura: ℹ️ Antes de realizar el Pedicure Estético No Hongos, el cliente confirma que no presenta lesiones, infecciones, hongos activos, heridas abiertas ni ninguna condición médica que pueda derivar en una complicación o emergencia durante el servicio. El cliente acepta que el personal no se hace responsable por consecuencias médicas derivadas de condiciones preexistentes no declaradas. Nos reservamos el derecho de admisión.
