By booking a service with us, you agree to the following terms. 1. Booking & Deposits • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit will be deducted from the total service cost. • Bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance. For last-minute bookings (within 24 hours), an additional fee may apply. • Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is paid. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. • If you need to reschedule, please notify us 48 hours in advance. A rescheduling fee may apply if the appointment is moved within 24 hours of the scheduled time. • No-shows will be charged the full amount of the service. 3. Late Arrivals • We value your time, and we aim to be punctual. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened, or you may be asked to reschedule, and a late fee may apply. • If you’re running late, please contact us as soon as possible. 4. Payment • Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept cash, card, or other methods (please inquire). • Discounts or promotional offers cannot be combined with other offers or discounts. 5. Student Discount • The student discount is available to students with a valid student ID. • The discount cannot be combined with other offers. 6. Lashes • Lashes are included with most services, but if you prefer a specific style or want to add extra lashes, please notify us in advance. • Custom lash styles may incur additional costs. 7. Health & Safety • Please inform us of any allergies or sensitivities you may have before your appointment. • For hygiene reasons, we do not offer services to clients who are experiencing any contagious illnesses (e.g., colds, flu, etc.). • If you have specific skin concerns, we recommend a patch test prior to the appointment. 8. Trial Appointments (Bridal Makeup) • Trial appointments for bridal makeup are included in the bridal package price. The trial is designed to ensure your vision comes to life and any adjustments can be made. • A trial is highly recommended for brides to be, but it is not mandatory. 9. Refunds & Satisfaction • We aim to make sure you’re happy with your service. If you are not satisfied, please let us know immediately, and we will work with you to resolve any issues. • As we provide a personalized service, all payments are final, and refunds are not available. 10. Liability • Crispy’s Beauty is not responsible for any allergic reactions or skin conditions that may arise from makeup products used during services. • While we take all precautions to ensure your safety, we cannot be held liable for any personal injury or accidents that may occur during or after the service. 11. Photography and Social Media • We love to showcase our work! By booking with Crispy’s Beauty, you consent to having photos of your makeup look shared on our social media and website. If you prefer not to be featured, please let us know in advance. 12. Privacy & Data Protection • Your privacy is important to us. We will only use your personal information for booking purposes and to communicate regarding your appointments. We will never share your details with third parties without your consent.
