Cancellations ~ Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your future booking. 

Matting ~ You understand that the needs and comfort of your pet are put above all else. If the coat is matted you understand that matts may have to be shaved out, or the coat shaved entirely, rather than perform painful de-matting procedures. 
You also understand that if your pet is severely matted, there is an increased risk of a rash occurring and / or cuts, nicks to occur as well as unearthing existing skin conditions. The groomer will try their best to ensure that this does not happen, however in extreme conditions, these things can be unavoidable. You expect that this procedure will take additional time and that a fee may be added on the regular price to account for this. Countryside Pooches will not be held accountable for any vet fees due to the owners negligence to the grooming process.  

Fleas ~ You will ensure that your pet is up to date with vaccinations and flea and worming treatments, if your pet is found with fleas then there will be an additional flea fee and you may be asked to collect your pet immediately. 

Behaviour ~ If your pet has behavioural issues this needs to be disclosed to Countryside Pooches, we reserve the right to refuse to groom, this will be at the discretion of the groomer. Late fees will apply is you are late to show for collection time at £10 every 30mins Extra.

Courtney is fantastic, so patient with Milo our 9 month old Cocker Spaniel puppy who has the devil in him. She’s worked wonders with him and he looks great after his first big boy groom. All soft and fluffy and smelling clean and fresh. Can’t recommend Countryside Pooches enough

Well what can I say other than....FANTASTIC, SUPERB, EXCELLENT, FABULOUS and any other word that's similar and why I hear you ask....Well Courtney listened to what I wanted our 10mth Irish Doodle to look like and what I didn't want doing.  Our girl had been elsewhere previously but they never listened and always cut her despite being asked not to, so it's Countryside Pooches all the way.  Our girl was comfortable going in and really happy when I got her later.  Courtney we're coming back x

Sadly our previous groomer shut her business down and Ted had been a regular for 9 years so we was worried how he’d behave around anyone new because we know what a grumpy old man he can be! 
We needn’t of worried Courtney was excellent with him.
