“Jess greeted us and seemed to be a very knowledgeable groomer. We left him and she bathed him and clipped his nails and cleaned his ears, brushed his teeth, and let him pick out his own neck tie afterwards. Even had a little chart that told of my dog's personality and she circled what she noticed. Totally worth the trip there!”
