CLASSY NAILS PLYMOUTH - SALON POLICIES Booking, Card Capture & Cancellations To secure your appointment, valid card details are required. No money will be deducted from your card today; all payments are taken in the salon after your treatment. You may cancel or reschedule up to 4 hours before your start time without penalty. If you fail to attend (no-show) or cancel with less than 4 hours' notice, a strict £15 fee will be automatically charged to your card. If this charge fails (e.g., due to insufficient funds or a frozen card), the £15 balance will remain on your account and must be settled before we can accept any future bookings. Pricing & Nail Art Prices are listed next to the service titles, but the final cost may vary determined by length, shape, and design complexity. If you require nail art, you MUST book the appropriate "Nail Art" add-on to reserve the extra time. Please send us a reference photo beforehand for a customized quote. Appointment Guidelines • All services are by appointment only. Walk-ins may experience delays or be turned away if we are fully booked. • Each booking is for one person. For group bookings at the same time, please make separate appointments and check availability carefully to ensure all spots are open. 1. No Refund Policy • We operate a strict no-refund policy under any circumstances. • If you are not entirely satisfied with your service, please inform our staff before leaving the salon. In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, we will gladly fix, adjust, or redo the service until you are happy with the result. 2. Customer Communication & Technician Requests • Please communicate any specific preferences (nail length, shape, colour, design, or preferred technician) clearly to the front desk at the start of your appointment. • If you are unhappy with any aspect of the service during the process, please speak up immediately so we can correct it on the spot. • While we always try to accommodate requests for specific technicians, our booking system may auto-assign staff to manage salon workflow efficiently. Complex designs may also be handed over to our dedicated nail art specialists. 3. Guarantee & Corrections Policy If your nail enhancement (Gel Polish, Acrylic, BIAB, etc.) experiences chipping or a technical fault caused by the salon, please notify us within 5 days of your service. We will provide a complimentary repair. This guarantee is void and refused if: • You attempt to fix, glue, or remove the nails yourself. • The damage is due to accidents, heavy impact, or improper use (e.g., using nails as tools). • Issues arise from undisclosed allergies or skin conditions. 4. Gift Cards Purchased gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-refundable under any circumstances. 5. Change of Mind If you change your mind about the colour, shape, or design during or immediately after the service is completed, no refund will be issued.
