🤎 CLASSY BRAIDS AND LOCS 🚨 MUST READ BEFORE BOOKING 🚨 BOOKING: All appointments require approval. A $16 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit does not go toward your service balance unless stated otherwise. CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING: At least 24 hours’ notice is required. Deposits remain non-refundable and non-transferable. Repeated cancellations may require a new deposit. ⏰ LATE POLICY: • 1–4 min: No fee • 5–9 min: $20 fee • 10–19 min: $30 fee • 20–29 min: $50 fee • 30+ min: Automatic cancellation + deposit forfeited Late fees are not cumulative. Your appointment time does not move because you are late. PLEASE NOTE: * Late fees are not cumulative. Only the applicable fee will be charged. * Late fees are separate from your service price. * Your appointment will not be pushed back because of a late arrival. * Arriving late may shorten your service time. * If there is not enough remaining time to safely or properly complete your selected service, Classy Braids And Locs may modify or cancel the service. * Informing us that you are running late does not automatically waive the applicable fee. * If your appointment is cancelled because you are 30+ minutes late, a new booking request and deposit will be required for another appointment. Please plan your route and arrival time accordingly. Double check the location before your appointment. 🚫 NO-SHOWS: 50% of the service price + deposit forfeited. Outstanding fees must be paid before rebooking. 💳 PAYMENT: Remaining balance is due at the time of service. Payment/platform fees may apply. 💇🏾‍♀️ HAIR: Arrive with hair washed, blow-dried, detangled, and free of oils/products. Client-provided hair must be dropped off 1 day before the appointment. 🧴 ADD HAIR: If you select Add Hair, the hair fee must be paid with your deposit before your appointment is confirmed. ⚠️ ALLERGIES/SENSITIVITIES: Please disclose all allergies, sensitivities, or relevant conditions before your appointment. 🔄 SERVICE CHANGES: Changes to style, size, length, color, or add-ons may not be accommodated on the appointment day and may affect pricing/time. 👥 GUESTS: Please arrive alone unless prior arrangements have been approved. Children/guests may be restricted due to space. ✨ RESULTS: Service times and results may vary based on hair condition, density, length, and style. Specific results cannot be guaranteed. 💰 REFUNDS: No refunds after a service is completed. Concerns must be communicated promptly for review/correction. Corrections do not automatically qualify for refunds. 📸 PHOTOS: With permission, photos/videos may be used for Classy Braids And Locs marketing.
