“This was such a great experience, I could not recommend Carlitos more highly! We had a family outdoor cat who was matted and needing a full body shave. We had no idea how he would do, but Jeff was so professional and friendly and did a fantastic job! All went smoothly, and it was very quick and efficient. 10/10!”

“Jeff did a fine job grooming my Maltipoo ❤️. She has lots of curly fur and wiggles a when groomed. Jeff provided her a safe space and care. I know this as my dog was calm and happy when I picked her up and I was provided pictures during the grooming process. Her groom is gorgeous and I will definitely have Carlitos Groom Room be our dogs 🐶 family groomer.”

“I can’t say enough wonderful things about Carlito’s grooming. We took our one year old Golden Retriever Phoebe for her very first grooming experience and my gosh he was so patient, kind, nice just completely took his time with her. It truly made her experience and ours so wonderful she just let him do everything like they just knew each other. She seriously was just another dog when we left her alone with Jeff it was wonderful to see Phoebe come out of her shell with Carlito too.”
