All appointments require 24 hours cancellation notice. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please message us on 0450 590 036. Should you cancel or reschedule within the notice period, your deposit will be forfeited. If no deposit was taken, a cancellation fee will be applied to your next booking. Late cancellations or no shows will be charged the full appointment amount. We will send a courtesy reminder via SMS to you prior to your appointment.
