Please read carefully before booking. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following policies.

Payments & Deposits
	•	All remaining balances must be paid in cash at the time of your appointment. Deposits go towards your service.
	•	No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Please book responsibly and communicate any changes in advance.
	•	Deposits are non-refundable

No-Show & Cancellation Policy
	•	A $75 no-show fee will be charged if you fail to attend your scheduled appointment or cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment. Failure to pay will resort to you being blocked from booking future appointments.

Late Arrivals
	•	Please arrive on time for your appointment. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled. You will be required to rebook with a new deposit or pay a $25 late fee to continue service.

Hair Preparation Requirements
	•	Your hair must be washed, blow-dried, and fully detangled before your appointment. Please do not apply oils, conditioners, or heavy products. 
•	Hair must be at least 4 inches long all around to secure braids properly. Booking with shorter hair may result in refusal of service.

Service Details & Adjustments
	•	Hair is included with all services. Please confirm your desired length, style, and color at the time of booking.
	•	Any adjustments to your appointment (such as style, length, or color) must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
	•	Same-day changes will incur a $50 emergency fee due to the additional preparation required.
	•	For same-day bookings, please text the business phone number directly to confirm availability.

	•	$75 no-show fee applies. Multiple no-shows = no future bookings.
	•	Arrive on time. After 15 minutes: $25 late fee or appointment cancelled.
	•	Hair must be washed, blow-dried & detangled (no products). Minimum 4 inches long.
	•	Hair included with all services.
	•	Changes require 24 hrs notice. Same-day changes = $50 fee.
	•	No extra guests or children unless being serviced.

Vivian does an amazing job with my daughter’s knotless braids! We’re happy to have a consistent braider now!

Vivian did 2 strand twist for my 7 year old son and it turned out beautiful. He loves them. Vivian is kind and professional. I would recommend her ten times over.

I had the best experience! Let me start by saying V is kind and personable and that definitely makes sitting in a chair for hours alot more enjoyable! She was flexible and took time to consult with me when I arrived and wasn’t quite sure what I wanted in terms of color. Some Braiders wouldn’t be willing to even have a conversation if you didn’t book ALL of the specifics in advance. This wasn’t the case with her! Not only that, but the finished product was BOMB. I received countless compliments!
