APPOINTMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

As a small business, appointment consistency, accuracy, and timeliness are very important to our clients, our barbers, hairstylists, and our brand. We understand that sometimes unexpected events and delays come up in life, leaving you no choice but to make a scheduling adjustment. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we ask you do so at least 24 hours in advance. 

CANCELLATION FEES:

Any cancellation made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a cancellation fee. This fee will equal 50% of the cost of the booked service/s and will be charged to the next client booking after the missed appointment. This fee is in place to cover the cost of the staff member we reserved, especially for your service. To cancel an appointment before the 24-hour notice period, simply head to your booking link and click 'cancel your appointment'.

LATE FEES:

If you are more than 7 minutes late for your service, we may no longer be able to accommodate you for your appointment. If this is the case, our same cancellation fee will apply of 50%. We will do our best to reschedule any late appointments to another time that suits both us and the client.

NO SHOW FEES:

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without giving our staff prior notice in accordance to our cancellation policy. No-Shows: Pay full service fee cancellation fee.

CLIENT POLICY NOTICE:

Management reserves the right to refuse service to any client who does not adhere to our Terms and Conditions and established policies.

My brother, who is 12, had his haircut here by Nigel, and the results were stellar! The cut was sharp and precise, the most professional cut I've ever seen, absolutely the best barber ever. We didn't even achieve that level of precision back in the U.K.

Also the barber was very professional, we arrived early and he started right away, and the barber shop had a chilled relaxed vibe, while being very clean and sleek inside.

Only person i trusted to cut my sons long hair of 10 years into a cut that he liked and would suit him based off a picture he saw. Always prompt and thorough with great customer service skills.
