Please input your Full Name & Doggies Name & Doggies Breed when booking. -Payments- Deposits of £15 are non refundable. If you give at least 24 hours notice to reschedule your appointment your £15 deposit can be transferred to an alternative appointment. Any No shows/no contact prior to the appointment we require 100% of the groom to be paid before booking another appointment with us. Please bring cash for the remaining balance or we can send you link to make full payment online. -Late Policy- If you are more than 10 minutes late to drop your doggy off at their scheduled appointment we may need to reschedule to another day/time. If you do not pick your doggy up within 20 mins of us advising you when your doggy is ready to be collected we will charge a late fee of £5 every 30 minutes. -Important- If your dog is very nervous/anxious/not good with other dogs please message us directly to arrange an appointment.
