Boho Hair Design 

At Boho Hair Design, we prioritize your time and commitment. Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments and deposits booking fee up to 48 hours before the scheduled time.
 if you need to cancel or reschedule, we require 48 hours' notice . This helps us protect our staff's job security and keeps our salon running smoothly . If we get 48 hours' notice, we can fill the slot 
In order to change the service to change to a shorter smaller service we require 48 hours notice as otherwise the original full price will be charged as the service has been booked for specfic hours / time for the client with a Stylist. We need 48 hours notice to fill these times with other client appointments to ensure staff and salon financle security.

 Deposits Booking fees  are non-refundable but may be transferred to another date within the 48-hour window. Late arrivals will incur the full service charge and will receive only the remaining appointment time.
Appointment times are available on the half hour or hour only 
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult, and children are not permitted in the salon due to insurance and seating limitations. The waiting area is reserved for clients only. A skin test is required 48 hours prior to your appointment to ensure safety and compliance with industry standards. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
