Bookings are confirmed at the time of booking. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment. A reasonable grace period may be offered where possible, but late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at the business’s discretion. Payment is due at the time of service and accepted payment methods may vary.
