Hair Policy Clean & Dry: Come with your hair washed and dried, free of any products. Straight & Untangled: Your hair should be blown out straight and untangled. All guests are allotted a 20-min grace period before $20 late fee is added Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. To keep a serene environment, please do not bring extra guests, unless it’s your children or you’ve informed me beforehand. Late appointment is available Mon, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday at 8pm to 11pm Hair Specifications No Reinstalls: I only reinstalled the units that I originally installed. Supply Your Own Hair: For 8-14 inch hair, 2-3 bundles, For 16-24 inches, 3-4 bundles, For 24-30 inches, 4-5 bundles. For anything longer, 5-6 bundles. Matching Lengths: For best results, ensure all bundles are the same length.
