💫PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING 💫 ________________________________________ Deposit: A £20 non-refundable deposit is required to book your appointment. This will be deducted to the total cost of the appointment - Please be prepared to pay the rest on your appointment day via CASH OR BANK TRANSFER I will contact you regarding the details to pay your deposit. Once this has been paid, another message will be sent to confirm your funds have been received and your appointment has been booked. ________________________________________ Rescheduling & Cancellations: Please ensure that you leave 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel. Should you leave less than 24 hour notice, your deposit will be lost and you will be required to pay a 50% of the treatment fee, due to ‘no show fee’ for not showing up to your appointment. If not paid , you will no longer be able to book an appointment with myself until paid & deposit for your next appointment. _______________________________________ Infills : should be done every 2-3 weeks depending on the individual 50% of the lashes should be remaining for an infill,or will be charged full set. •I do not infill other technicians work• _______________________________________ Late/no shows: 10 minutes late will result in additional £10 charge to the service as some days I am back to back lashing & beauty Treatments No shows will not be able to book again in the future. _______________________________________ Appointments: • Please arrive alone (No plus ones) or children as some appointments are long. •Please ensure you have no eye makeup on & clean lashes and no contact lenses in for lash extensions or Lash lift Treatment. •Nail appointments please come with bare nails unless stated for a removal when booking, nail art inspiration needs to be sent via Instagram or Facebook prior to you appointment. & I do not infill anybody else’s work.
