“I had a simple haircut with Anna, meeting her for the first time, as I am new to Sylvan Lake. She asked a lot of questions about my hair before we began, and it was obvious that she was formulating a plan through those questions. Throughout the appointment, Anna was enthusiastic and approachable, and I thoroughly enjoyed being in that chair. I knew immediately that I would be back, especially when the cut was completed and my husband commented that I looked really cute. ”
