• Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 48 hours before start time. • Client’s hair must be washed, detangled and product-free before arrival. • If prep is needed, please select “add wash and blow dry” option when booking. • A 10-minute grace period is allowed. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment cancelled or rescheduled at the stylist’s discretion. • No-shows or cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment would result in a ban from future bookings. • Braiding hair is included only if stated in the service description (e.g., for specials). • Due to limited space and to maintain a calm work environment, no extra guests or children are allowed unless being serviced.
