“Excellent diagnostic service. I had gone to different auto electricians and I was given wrong and expensive advices as to why my car was hard starting, refusing to stay idle, and different warning lights on my dashboard. Lloyd ran a diagnostic and within an hour found the fault and fixed it. It appeared my crank sensor was bad, that was the source of the nightmare I was battling for two weeks with other electricians. I’m still in awe as to how my car has returned to normalcy.”

“Booked in because my infotainment screen on my ford galaxy was blank. They explained that this is a common fault and its 90% likely that I would have to replace the screen (could cost around £800-£100). The car is a 2023 so i thought it was worth the risk to see if it was a connection issue with the wiring. Ford offered to do a diagnostic for £180 plus labour. Auto response fixed the screen within 30 mins and i was charged their hourly rate. Excellent service, great guy, recommended 100%”

“Brilliant service! I had a nightmare electrical fault on my SEAT Leon that had confused multiple people… EPC light, sensor faults, no-start issues and all sorts of warning lights. They stuck with it, properly investigated the wiring and found the actual cause: a pin shorting against the exhaust plate. Really impressed with Lloyd for his knowledge, patience and honesty. Highly recommended to anyone needing proper diagnostics rather than guesswork.”

“I love it when a skilled craftsman carefully diagnoses the issue and mends what is broken (where possible), rather than immediately replacing everything and then seeing if that fixes it. Ford C-Max parking sensor repair (corroded wiring) was repaired within the hour. Parking-assist is working again. Excellent!!!”
