We understand that unexpected situations can happen and have allowed a grace period of 15 mins until your appointment will have to be rescheduled or cut short. Kindly inform us if you are running late.

• 50% cancellation fee if cancelled within less than 24 hour period. To be settled within 48hrs, in order to make another appointment with us. 
• 100% booking fee will be required prior to booking your next appointment if no-show or failure to reschedule within 24 hour period.

Went for my very first facial experience and left the room extremely happy that I chose Aura Aesthetics. Jade is so calm and welcoming. Talks to you through every process while her hands work the magic. The facial felt soooo heavenly that I didn’t want it to end. I had the acne detox facial and loved the experience. The space is clean, comfortable, and very well organized. Jade is very welcoming and professional, and she explained everything clearly.

I also came back for brow lamination and tint, and I’m so happy with the results. Let me tell you… the brows are looking ON POINT! 💯🤏🏽 The shape is so clean and beautifully done.
