✨ ANGIEE’S HAIR CUSTOM CROWNS TERMS & POLICIES ✨ Thank you for choosing Angiee’s Hair Custom Crowns for your custom wig services. Please read ALL policies carefully before booking. By booking with Angiee’s Custom Crowns, you acknowledge and agree to all terms listed below. ⸻ 🚨 APPOINTMENT POLICY PLEASE DO NOT BOOK IF YOU ARE NOT 100% SURE YOU CAN KEEP YOUR APPOINTMENT. Due to the high volume of cancellations and no-shows, my time and scheduling are taken very seriously. • After ONE reschedule, you will be required to submit a new booking request. • Last-minute cancellations, same-day cancellations, no-shows, or failure to communicate may result in being permanently banned from future bookings. • If you need to reschedule, please contact me ASAP. ⸻ 1. 🔒 CONSULTATIONS, BOOKING & PAYMENTS • A $25 NON-REFUNDABLE consultation fee is required for all in-person consultations before any wig or hair service can be booked. The consultation fee covers: • Head measurements • Wig customization planning • Style discussions • Administrative and booking system costs • Time reserved specifically for your appointment This fee DOES NOT go toward your final balance. Appointments are NOT confirmed until the consultation fee has been paid. ⸻ 💳 PAYMENT POLICY • ALL custom units MUST be paid in FULL before pickup, drop-off, delivery, or shipping. •If you are not satisfied with your unit the unit is my property and will be sold. • Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of your order. ⸻ 💇🏽‍♀️ CUSTOM UNIT DETAILS • All custom units include a SIMPLE style ONLY unless otherwise discussed. Simple styles include: • Basic curls • Straightening • Basic styling Additional styling, heavy customization, or specialty looks may require additional fees. ⸻ 🎨 COLOR SERVICES & ADD-ONS • Color changes, highlights, bleaching, custom coloring, and specialty color services are available for an additional fee. • Pricing varies based on the complexity of the desired look, products needed, and time required. • ALL customization requests must be discussed BEFORE the wig-making process begins. ⸻ 📦 SEND-IN HAIR REQUIREMENTS/Rules • Hair MUST be clean, dry, and properly labeled (example: “Bundle 1,” “Closure,” “Frontal”). • Hair must be sent within 3 business days of booking. • Failure to send hair on time may delay your turnaround time. • Angiee’s Custom Crowns is NOT responsible for poor results due to damaged, low-quality, previously overprocessed, or heavily used hair. •No cut up tracks no used lace no tracks with glue. ⸻ 🕒 TURNAROUND TIME • Standard turnaround time is 7–15 business days AFTER all hair/materials are received. • Rush services may be available for an additional fee depending on availability. -BYOB 5-10 business days -Revamping 5-7 business days -Coloring 5-7 business days -Shipping Time 2-5 business days Turnaround times may vary during holidays, sales, or high-volume booking periods. ⸻ 🔁 RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS • Appointments may be rescheduled ONE time only with at least 24-hour notice. • After one reschedule, a new booking request and payment may be required. • Deposits and consultation fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. • No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in forfeiture of all payments made. ⸻ 🛑 REFUND & SATISFACTION POLICY • Due to the custom nature of all wigs and services, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. • NO refunds, chargebacks, returns, or exchanges will be accepted once the wig-making process has started. • If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your unit. If a client: • Refuses payment • Becomes unresponsive • Abandons their order • Or is unsatisfied AFTER agreed services were completed The unit remains property of Angiee’s Hair Custom Crowns and may be resold. ⸻ 💇🏽‍♀️ WIG REVAMPS & REPAIRS • Wigs submitted for revamp services must be in wearable condition. • Additional fees may apply depending on the condition of the wig. • Turnaround times for revamps vary based on service needs. ⸻ 📬 SHIPPING POLICY • Clients are responsible for ALL shipping costs when sending hair or receiving completed units. • A tracking number is strongly recommended when mailing hair. • Angiee’s Hair Custom Crowns is NOT responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages caused by the shipping carrier or incorrect shipping information provided by the client. ⸻ 🧴 HAIR CARE & MAINTENANCE Proper maintenance is required to preserve the quality and longevity of your custom unit. We are NOT responsible for damage caused by: • Improper maintenance • Excessive heat • Chemical processing • Coloring performed by another stylist • Improper storage or handling Hair care instructions may be provided with your order. ⸻ 📌 AGREEMENT By booking, purchasing, submitting payment, or placing an order with Angiee’s Custom Crowns, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to ALL policies listed above. Angiee’s Hair Custom Crowns reserves the right to refuse service and update policies at any time without prior notice.
